Hiya, call me Jules, an Equestrian, Pet & Wildlife Photographer.​​

My journey started when I was little, where I was absolutely captivated by the natural world. This was shown through David Attenborough’s documentaries, someone I still look up to these days. From the endless depths of the blue ocean to the driest desserts, I was absolutely hooked. Earth is truly a beautiful, complex and mysterious place. These early memories sparked a fire in me, to share the wonders of the world through photos and film. 

 

My photography journey really took off in Germany, where I was able to observe robins and other small birds fly around the gardens, such special birds, however so easily missed. Since then, I’ve been able to capture thousands of memories in Germany, in the UK where I live now and back home, in Cape Town.

All of this has only deepened my love for photography and allowed me to meet some amazing people along the way. Through my lens, I aim to capture priceless moments in life, whether its the untamed beauty of wildlife, the remarkable bond between humans and their horses or couples deeply in love.  Every moment is a window to a memory, forever frozen in time.
